How to get there
Buses leave from Manila on an hourly basis. Check such buses as Victory Liner, Dagupan Bus and Partas Lines. Asian Spirit flies to Manila during dry season, from September to May. If you have your own private transportation, you can take the National Highway heading north. From Rosario, La Union, take either Marcos Highway or Kennon Road.
